What is covered by the Travelpro/Atlantic warranty?

Travelpro/Atlantic warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty periods are unique to the collection, so check the documents enclosed with your luggage. In the unlikely event that problem occurs with your luggage during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your product at an Authorized Travelpro/Atlantic Repair Center (or replace it, if repair is not possible). You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to the repair center.

NOTE: Damage caused by the airline is the airline’s responsibility and must be claimed to the airline at the time the damage occurs. Retaining the following items may be helpful should product repair become necessary:
